It was also the year a mysterious man who seemed to come from nothing appeared and began his reign. Now today, depending on who you ask, young or old, man or woman. This City is either a paradise full of pleasure and ecstasy brimming from it’s foliage. Or a rotten from the roots, hedonistic hellscape. 

Most say his appearance was a gift from god himself perfectly turning the city into what it needed to be.  A few select, outcasts, rejects, misfits, say otherwise.
